Broken!
This app used to be great for checking my Blood results used for years but sadly it’s now broken won’t let me log in any more so seems like what was a great app is now useless.

This app used to be great for checking my Blood results used for years but sadly it’s now broken won’t let me log in any more so seems like what was a great app is now useless.
I’ve had this app for about 2 years now and it’s a brilliant help to keep me right with my potassium levels and haemoglobin levels as I’m on hemodialysis. BUT. It works fine then suddenly no reports from bloods taken on dialysis. Trying to get an answer from the app admin is making me pull my hair out. I keep messaging them but they never reply. Tried deleting the app and downloading again. Still an issue, and I’m on the latest 1.9.1 version.
The website is easier to navigate and access
Need help in getting in - why have I been locked out?? It’s very important that I don’t loose all the stored data, it gives me an overview of my results over several years. If I delete current app, in order to install again, will I loose access to historical data?
Used to work except for the annnoying ‘extra security’ secret word that keeps turning itself on. Latest update only lets you go to a Facebook login page, the patient view login button stays inactive. Hopeless:(
Won’t load up after update
App is brilliant - life changing! But some issues with security - Touch ID not working since last update and now have to constantly log out and in again! Great app though.
Shame.... app is no where near as good as mobile web version :( Great site though
I did everything as per instructions. Got into my information which was great however I’ve tried loads of times and it keeps saying error in user name or password. I’ve used the same user name for many years so I know it’s right and I made a note of my password but that keeps being rejected as well. So frustrating !
The only quibble I have is that one cannot get the App to ‘share’ with the Apple Watch. I have to keep referring to the iPhone ‘Health’ App if I wish to view my metrics. And yet it has a ‘share’ with the BP section of the Health App! Please finish the job and link ALL health data available on both devices (phone AND watch)
