Paultons Park

it is a really good place and has amazing rides. i prefer to many other places because it has something for all age groups. it doesnt have much queue times too so its just an amazing adventure.

Paid for photos, scanned QR codes but no photos appear! Tried and tried again. Can’t contact support other than to have a message which might get a reply in 48 hours. We want to see our ride photos and character photos that’s we’ve paid for.

Bought photos at Paultons Park and annoying that the QR codes don’t work so can’t download

I’ve been to theme parks all over the world and never seen an app like this that helps you navigate the park. About time! Sure this app will set the trend for other theme parks. Fantastically well designed UI and useful features. Great day out too! 👏

I updated the app now all my tickets are blank when I click on them!!! No QR or details, it’s was working fine before

Rating the app not the park itself because this review section is about the app 🙄 it was good when downloaded and entered all information but… when we arrived at Paultons park there was no internet signal (using 5G phone) so was unable to use the app while at the park which was the whole point in downloading this app! I could not look at que times when I needed to. There was free wi-Fi you could connect to which didn’t work properly either. Apparently the park is surrounded by forest. The app is pointless if it doesn’t work while at the park.

I have visited on a few occassions now and as soon as you get to the park 4g struggles and then the app wont load. You then turn to onsite wifi and this cant cope with capacity. When it works its great giving upto date queue times to nearby rides.

We had an absolutely brilliant day at Paultons Park today and managed to fit in 12 fantastic rides, more than we’ve done in a theme park in ages! Last time we went to Legoland we managed only 3 rides in the whole day as the ques were so long. There’s so many new rides here and they’re all brilliant. Thank you Paultons Park for a wonderful day.
