Your service is horrible, the cameras never connect and residents can not fob in half the time!

This app has not worked at our place of business for two months… Let’s go!

Ever since the new update we can’t log on to the app. Tried troubleshooting with your techs and nothing worked. Needs fixed asap.

Haven’t been able to login with my iPhone since August. The app just stopped working. Once credentials are entered, I press login and nothing happens….????

Since moving into my new apartment, they don’t give extra key fobs. So I have to rely on the app to let my babysitter in for my daughter. The amount of times it doesn’t work just in over a month is ridiculous

Love it app for on the go management

After the update to the app a few weeks ago, we can no longer log in on our phones. Web interface still works.

This is a good simple interface to get to a Paxton Net2 system. You can do basic administration. However, it only has very limited capability compared to the desktop app.

I am having trouble with app. When I try to go in it says cannot connect to remote site.

This app is always malfunctioning. I just updated it as a recommendation to fix a login problem. I am now able log in, however, I am unable to view the cameras. Which defeats the purpose of the update. Definitely do not recomend Avoid Paxton 10 altogether if you can.
