I live in Germany but the app is not allowing me to download, gives me errors and the app is in the wrong language (not German or English).

I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and I can not download this app for Bosnian market. App is using Mexico market

My payback language is spanish. I live in germany. !!

*update: this is the dumb response I received: "Hello Daniel, 👋 [NOTE - my name is not Daniel] the PAYBACK Mexico App can only be used in the Mexican Republic, we suggest you configure your App Store with your region and download the PAYBACK App that corresponds to your country. Do you want to update your review?" No, person-who-thinks-I'm-Daniel, I do not. I want you to send me a link to the app that works in Italy, as per your original email, or else ADMIT THAT THERE ISN'T ONE. I can't register on the app as it is in Spanish and I am in Italy. I cannot find a way to change the language although the App Store claims it is available in several languages. Also - it appears there are multiple apps for various countries but none for use in Italy - but if you email them to ask they will INSIST the Mexican app is for ALL countries and the problem is YOU.

I live in Austria and received a card to join for a local petstore for savings; it said I couldn’t download the app when I scanned the QR code, and when I searched in the App Store - it is only in Spanish. Was hoping to utilize the app instead of managing my account online only. I created a account on the Payback website - and want to add my “second” card for family members to the account - but cannot.

Cambié de teléfono y al querer iniciar sesión otra vez me bloqueo la cuenta por 24 horas porque no recordaba bien mi contraseña. Que absurdo! Como si fuera algo tan importante y que debieras tener bajo tanta seguridad. Muy mala app

I have a USA phone living in Germany I emailed the people that was recommended by another review and it ended up being in Spanish so I have no clue what to do did anyone els have this problem! I have my card I just can’t download the app any suggestions on what to do.? This is a serious issue how is this still a problem . This app needs to be taken down ASAP this is literally a scam app someone take it down !!!! And put the correct one up ! We are not stupid y’all!

The App says Payback GMBH, but when I download it, it’s in Spanish. This has nothing to do with my region. I live in Germany and have a German provider. Has this issue been addressed?
