Paycor Scheduling

Only given this app 1* as cannot give it 0 stars sadly it’s the worst app I’ve ever had to use for work purposes utterly useless and always crashing glitches non stop never works properly can’t clock in or out often. I’d much rather see my company use the BLIP app instead far more reliable and actually works.

If keeps me up do date with upcoming shifts and even sends me a reminder the day before a shift.

Very useful app, easy to use and access schedule whilst at work

Doesn’t work properly cannot see the daily working hours

Everything works expect when I press ‘schedule’ and ‘timesheets’. It just crashes and takes me back to my homescreen. I’ve already tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app etc. but still nothing. This is very frustrating.

So quite some time ago (about 1 year ago) we swapped from traditional paper schedules to this electronic system. Overall it has been a benefit to myself and my team. I would recommend it, The Ximble staff are lovely when you need support and occasionally things do go wrong however they do fix them. Recently there has been more and more features built in on the app, like he ability to override availability. Something I would like to see added for staff when they make a request to swap shifts that conflict with their availability it should override this as they are agreeing to work the shift that goes against the rule. Just have it exactly how a manager see it with the warning but roll it out to the staff. I suspect with future improvements this application will only get better and better. We haven’t looked back since swapping over, yes we had some teething issues as expected but the support from Ximble staff seen us through these difficult times and now we use this every day and safes is hours each week arranging shifts etc, also staff haven’t missed any of their shifts since we swapped over to this app.
