Can’t even set up an account, it’s telling me that my birthday or my employee ID is wrong, but it’s not, this app is just trash.

It made my life much easier! I like to keep track of my earned tips on a daily basis and with this application doing so is fast and easy. It is also very user friendly and transparent.

This app is only good for seeing how much I should be expecting to receive on a card unrelated to this app from my employer and right now it will not let me log back in at all and continues to refresh itself before I can finish typing my username to attempt to log back in

I have been using this app for over 2 years. It works perfectly fine. So easy to keep track of my earnings, easy to navigate thru it. I never had any problems. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been using the PayDay Portal App for a few months now and I’m extremely satisfied. When I forgot my password guy from support was very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to help me with any issues I have. I highly recommend anyone looking for transparent service. This is must have in every restaurant.

I must say that in the couple of years I've been using this app, they've definitely improved its stability. However, I still miss the option to see the full amount of tips when pooling, a feature available in other apps. Nonetheless, they're certainly heading in the right direction! I still don't understand how to use the notifications though - the settings section seems pointless as there are no settings to change.

This app is accurate and very easy to use. If you are not seeing accurate numbers, the fault is with your employer, not the app! It works perfectly for our restaurant!
