Frustrating!
There should be a way to enter the provider info ONCE and then be able to make subsequent payments without having to add in ALL the information every month. It *says* I can use one of my previous providers but when I try to actually use it it gives errors, and the error’s endlessly loop without clear instructions on what is wrong or how to fix it. The app just seems needlessly awkward and cumbersome, like it was poorly programmed.
