My worst experience ever
Don’t go for it
Worst customer care, not even responding my queries, applied for loan and it’s approved and submitted manually my documents but still it’s pending and spinning and processing since 7 hours, how funny it is. Tkng all personal information then cancelll the loan is the scam I guess

Hello users please don’t use this app at any point of situation first time they disburse the money but second time they take all the details and KYC and they tell we were sorry there is a delay in disbursing money and ask to wait 48 hours but you won’t get the money even after 5days also

I don't know why they give loan if they want it back next day. I’m getting too many calls daily that too 20 days before the due date. please look for some better lenders.
Worse/pathetic
DO NOT USE THIS APP. Worse customer service ever; do not use it. They are not polite with the customer and do not understand the customer's situation. Whoever is reaching for this app, please don't use it. I had some medical issues, so I couldn't make the payment on time, so their agent kept harassing me over the call. When I was in the hospital and couldn't pick up the call, they called my brothers. Even I send numbers of emails to grievance but get no response. They used my phone number illegally on different websites and apps, so I got more than 500 OTPs continuously, and then I closed my account. This app should be taken out of business.
