Shame on you and Dunedin City Council for having a monopoly for city car parking and charging customers a 7% credit card fee. You know that credit cards don’t charge you that much, call it what it is. This is your profit.

Stressful Nothing works with iPhone. Just a garbage arrogant horrible experience that takes forever to set up. Arrogant city council, useless software developers, disgusting customer experience. what a colosssl fail.

Needs more features to remember regular/repeated parking. Topping up often fails - very frustrating and no explanation. Expensive charges to use credit card when and no option to use banking transfer.

UX of this app is shockingly horrible in every imaginable way. Firstly, the resolution: as if it was built for iPhone 3G’s display and never updated. It took me at least 10-15m to sign up and pay for parking. Every convenience you are used to and would expect to have just isn’t there. E.g. copy-pasting or autofilling credit card details from password management. The flow is as confusing as it gets.

Just a simple 10 step process that starts whith downloading an app which can’t save your card details so you have to manually enter them each time. And ends with the bank having to send a 5 digit security code and a 2 minute wait for the transaction to go through. Easy!

This would have to be the worst example of a poorly designed app. Misleading information on the main screen when entering parking time. Will show as “buy now for $1” when the actual amount could be much higher. Truly amazing that a company has the absolute audacity to foist such a failure on the public.

You type in the meter number to pay and you always get stuck there. Key pad won’t drop down and you can’t hit go or search. How useless can an app be. You have one job and you can’t do that.

This is the worst app iv ever used. Not user friendly at all and makes no sense. Big improvements needed. It should just pick up the location you are in automatically. I select my area and it wont show parking in my area but another area. Absolute rubbish.

The features are ok but the interface is horrendous. Spend a few more $$ on a proper design development agency for any future updates as it’s functionality and look is outdated at best.

What a scam,$ 1:80 parking fee, 50c fee !!
