App is good and the support is even more wonderful with the way they quickly attend to issues. But since few days now the wallet department has been failing. You buy airtime from wallet and you get debited with no crediting . Even to fund plan from wallet is hard now! Please look into it

Kindly attend to my request and stop deleting my comments. You hold on to your customer funds and you delayed withdrawal. I regret saving through this platform since 2018.

Paymyrent is a wonderful savings platform that helps me with saving towards my bills such as Paying house rent,Purchasing a new phone, saving towards target/goals and Investment also.Their customer service is also top-notch,they respond promptly to customers requests/enquiries/complaints.

Useless app please don’t waste your sub on this, cause you will regret it.

This is one of the worse financial institute ever with bad customers service. First of, you can not withdraw anything money you put on your wallet, you only have the option to buy airtime and when you do, you get debited without being recharged. I was debited of 5k without airtime remittance and up till now they have refused to credit me back and the painful part is I have sent series of mail to them without response Please do not download the app
