Paysend: Simple Money Transfer

I did everything Paysend asked for verification including all personal data. I never could use the service. I checked helpdesk and they said the can’t explain why. Only that I broke the rules. I can’t imagine how I could to that, as i couldn’t even login to start with. But they do ask all your personal data first of course… Nobody at Paysend can explain to me what’s the problem. Seems not okay at all.

I’m trying to change my mobile number but when I entered the 6 digit code in the app, it only requires 5 digits and automatically renders my code incorrect. I tried copy and paste, but still not accepted.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the Paysend application and it’s customer service. I created an account and it was so straight forward to top up my account with funds from an existing card. Then all the trouble began, I did not receive any emails, notifications or any other kind of information that I need to finalise the verification of my account. Basically they received my money but when I tried to use the funds I had a lot of failed attempts with no clear explanation why… all customer service reply was something like we will analysis your request and retain the right to revert in 48 hours. Great!! And the in chat assistance clearly lacks human touch, there was no direct arrogance but the vibe clearly was, as the replies were very dry and with no desire to help.. The entire experience discouraged me to use this service ever in the future.

The application was the best on translation to Russia, I as much familiar recommended this application. As a result, your unfair decision, remove Russia from the list, disappointed me much. I am not Russian, and those who I translated money, are also not Russian, and none of us supports Russia, but nevertheless, now I can't translate my close even 10€.
