Paysera Super App

My wife keeps being charged for a card that was cancelled 19 months ago. Support keeps lying without even checking her account. First, she was told that her card is still active. Now, after 3 letters from us, a new agent is telling that the due is for the card fees not collected. Again lying. Paysera used to be great. Services used to be free. Support was meaningful and caring. Now they hired teenagers without brain, untrained to think, to analyse, to do their job well. I guess I will cancel my card too. It's better paying for another card by a quality service like N26 that being lied to and mistreated by the Russian agents in Paysera.

Please Update the UI and UX design for the app, more than one year from the logo and the colors or the brand identity has been changed and the app still on the old brand

i didn’t use it before because i had issues in signing up and the team support didn’t help me at all !they are so slow in responding
