All PBCOMobile accounts will come with debit cards that are accepted worldwide and mobile access to many payment and money transfer services via Mastercard, Bancnet and the Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC).
PBCOMobile Functionality:
• Open an account without going to PBCOM branches
• Capture and upload your ID Documents with your mobile phone
• Take a Selfie Video to help us get to know you
• Upload a digital signature
• Create scheduled or recurring transactions
• No opening and maintaining balance required for Starter Accounts
• You can update your personal information via the mobile app
• Upgrade your Starter account to a Regular Savings account and receive more perks
• Easily link, block, unblock, and replace your PBCOMobile Debit Card via the mobile app.
PBCOMobile is for new customers who wants to open an account.
For existing PBCOM customers, you may download POP Personal to access your account online.

No advance notice if there’s maintenance or system issues very inconvenient!
UNRESOLVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS FROM CLIENTS/USER
Aside from monthly crashing ng Mobile App, unsuccessful transfer of funds and AUTO ACCOUNT LOCKED.. Jusko!! Never sumagot yung customer service dito!! kahit sa email at even sa Facebook Page nila yung mag rereply sayo system generated reply!! Salary na lang pipasok sa account na to pahirapan pa!!

Ayusin niyo application niyo, lagi na lang nag-hang at sobrang bagal. Kadalasan nagloloko pa, tao pa yung nahihirapan makalog-in at nahihirapan magtransact ng pera

Nakaka gigil!! Lagi maintenance! Kaya dapat pagka sahod mo transfer mo na agad sa ibang acc mo!! Di to pwede pang emergency lalo na if wala ka atm card!

i am new to this cause this is our companies required for us to deliver our salary. but whenever i create a account and step in the selfie video the app is automatically forced to stop. and when i open again, the same things goes by. please fix it so i can pass the details to our office admin. thanks!
