Really annoying. Do something.

This is without question the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. If the purpose of an app is to make your life easier, then this app goes 180 degrees in the opposite direction. What my dear friends is the point?

To complicate, not friendly users and most of the time doesn’t work!

You’d expect a basic app like this to just work but it doesn’t. You can’t even log in. Oh well.

Can no longer log in either as an existing user or as a new one. App says it will use pcid.ca but the screen just stays blank after that. Your updates only seem to be making things worse!

This App has been broken for weeks now. My Points don’t show on the Home Page the way they used to. I get a message “an error occurred, we couldn’t retrieve your points, please check back later”… The “Get Rewarded For Things You Already Buy, See Your Offers”… will not load My Offers I get another message saying “Hang On Please, We’re Having Some Technical Issues And Can’t Load Your PC Optimum Right Now. We’re Working Hard To Sort This Out. Please Check Back Later. This message has been there for weeks, apparently you are NOT working hard to “sort this out”. 😡 I have to enter my favourite location every time I want to view your Flyer. You would think that you folks would WANT me to see my Offers and your Flyers to try to encourage me to buy more, but hey maybe you’re making enough profits that you don’t need me to spend a few extra dollars. Congratulations, you broke an App that used to work pretty well. 😡

The extra step of having to enter a discount code (that doesn’t discount the price), is one more way Loblaws gouges customers and blames it on their customer or a “technical issue” without EVER taking responsibility. The best we got was “no price increase on no-name products for 90 days”. This company is an embarrassment to Canadians. No wonder there’s a boycott. 22% increase in groceries in 14 months. An extra step when buying discounted products. And discount codes that don’t work. And they you don’t find out until you go to pay. They bank on busy people who do all the work and don’t have time to go elsewhere so pay the higher prices. Well NO MORE!

Way too confusing to navigate and find offers and it doesn’t seem like they’ll be fixing it any time soon

Tout se contredit dur de se connecter et je parle même pas des appeler ayez au moin 1 hrs de dispo pour rentrer en contact car régler un problème dans l’appli c’est bien trop long

Better if the app had face log in!
