PC - Pearl Continental Hotels

Had a chance to visit PC Bhurban last month. The environment was excellent and the stay was pleasant.

App is not updating on IOS iPhone SE, always display message you are not using updated version but re-directed page have no updates???

The app doesn’t give the option of adding the current membership card. App should be able to add all the information using CNIC & Phone number.

From room reservation, loyalty discounts to restaurant at the Hotel everything can be utilised via the app its a complete 360 solution removing the need of calling via landlines and so on.

Recently I have used the PC app to book a room in Pc hotel. The seamless experience of the application is amazing.

We stay for 4 nights with family Very Well maintained kids play area at PC Karachi Lobby. Professional and friendly staff ( Specially Ms Nosheen) Thumps up for great service

No future reservations No restaurant information No detail about menu No info about charges No info regarding category of rooms and prices

App gives error of something went wrong while selecting city

This application doesn’t get a link to spa. Improvement needed
