Tự động trừ tiền mà ko hỏi ý kiến
Tôi cài ứng dụng dùng thử 2h mà không dùng được, liền xoá app này. Vậy mà 3 ngày sau thấy thông báo trừ tiền. Quá vô lý…yêu cầu app store làm việc lại với nhà phát hành, hoặc loại ứng dụng này khỏi app store.

Bình thường thì phải cho khách hàng sử dụng free 1 thời gian trước, nếu người dùng hài lòng về chất lượng sản phẩm thì họ sẽ móc hầu bao ra chi trả cho bản pro. Còn đây chưa biết mặt mũi app như thế nào mà cứ thấy đè người dùng ra để đòi tiền, cảm thấy rất khó chịu. Vote 1*. Việc đổi đuôi file giờ chẳng phải cái gì khó khăn nữa nên chẳng ai ham hố mấy cái app trả phí này đâu
