Took my money & refused to refund
I wanted to try an app from a smaller business so i could try and support them if I ended up subscribing past the free trial. I messed around with the app once or twice I believe during the free trial & forgot to cancel it the next day in time . As soon as I saw that Apple had started the process of taking my € for a 3-month subscription for the ridiculous price of €20 something, I immediately went and cancelled the subscription and applied for a refund through Apple . While they have always been forthcoming & helpful any other time, this time they wouldn’t give me my money back . I appealed their decision and even then it was a no. Here in Germany we have a 2 week timespan law where merchants are required by law to give customers their money back . This didn’t happen ! I’m not satisfied enough with this app to pay €20 for a 3month time span , especially when there are options for a year subscription and it’s €40 ! This is what happens when u try to give smaller apps as a try and they refuse refunds smh . COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY ! FYI: I don’t even use this app and it runs out in 3 days. Waste of money and a ripoff essentially. .
