pdf to photo + pdf to jpg

I needed an easy way to make a continuous jpeg from a pdf. Instead, the product was each page was one jpg. My six page continuous pdf became 6 different jpgs which was not acceptable for what I needed. The link that I was to send it to would only allow one upload. I think that this program is a good start, but it fell way short for my needs.
