Great app! However, it needs a crop mode. Your competitor with the green coloured PDF app has an amazing crop mode as it allows you to crop odd and even pages differently. It would be great if you could implement something like that. Keep up the great work!
no scrollbar
I have been using this app for more than a year and loves the way it works on ipad and windows. Only advice is to add feature to increase font size.
Needs a way to disable palm rest sensitivity as while your writing and resting your hand on the screen it thinks you want to select inputs and pulls up key board or area on sheets for pdfs Don’t have these issues on other apps
I had a lot of files saved in pdf viewer on my iPad that I spent a lot of time researching for my family tree. They have completely disappeared. I don’t know if the problem is with pdf viewer or with iCloud. Very frustrating!
Just one question so far: is it possible to save custom stamps, rather than having to recreate them each time? Sorry, I couldn’t find this on your help page.
I've tried a number of PDF viewers and editors over the years, and PDF Viewer has quickly become my favourite. It has all the features I need, with none of the cruft that I don't, and has very fair subscription pricing which includes macOS, iPadOS, and iOS in one price. My only complaint would be that it lacks a paged/thumbnail view in the sidebar (it can be enabled at the bottom, which is nice, but not the same thing).
[Update in 2023 April: After leaving this comment and contacting the developers on Twitter, they answered quickly and fixed this issue within a week or so. I appreciate it. I update my score from 3 to 5 stars.] I generally like this app, but a recent change disrupted my workflow. I use both Freeform highlight and Drawing tools in order to highlight and annotate documents with handwritten notes. Until very recently, they were on two separate icons that could be selected with ease. A recent change merged them into one icon, so selecting them becomes much slower. For example, if I am using a Freeform highlighter and then decide to write a handwritten note and then get back to the highlighter, I have to press down an icon, select Drawing, write my note, press that icon again, and select the Freeform Highlight. This may not seem much, but something that could be done in a second now takes 5-10 seconds. Doing it many times, and it would be a lot of wasted time. I wish there was a way to decide what icons appear on the tool set. I upgraded to the Pro version, but it didn’t help.
The privacy policy is longer than most of the pdfs I want to read and is very confusing
