There are a lot of other more loyal apps in store and tons of free information in web. I recommend you change the policy and focus not on money only, but on strong community first.

this app is way to expensive $40 a month is crazy

It’s relaxing to not think about what I got to do in the gym. The hard thing is getting to the gym. The easiest thing is opening the app at the gym. Thanks my YouTube guru 💪🏾

This app has done its job. It has made me stronger, explosive, and athletic. It keeps me focused and interested. It is a forcing function toward movements that are novel and beneficial. I only wish that it could program a marathon train up with an integrated cross-training protocol. I’m not sure how to use the app as I begin a ramp up to a marathon in the fall.

Good app but keeps trying to charge me for free trail

The programming is great and have been really enjoying the workouts, only complaint is I wish it had a different layout during the workouts where I can just see numbers and the timer but that’s just me and on the app side of things. As for the app, the app is great except for when you exit the program to maybe answer a call or change playlists and you lock the phone without immediately going back, it starts the app from the main page not where you left off, and will skip the rest period, I’m almost certain it’s skipped a rep too but I can’t tell. The amount of times this keeps happening is starting to bug me enough to write this. Sometimes this happens from just locking the phone but not as often as the situations before, so to combat this I leave my phone always on and try not to touch it. Other than that it’s a great app.

App constantly resets during a workout taking you back to the initial dashboard screen. App watch notifications are very inconsistent.

Absolutely love the app. By far the best programming I’ve seen in an app. Nice to hand that over and know I’m in good hands. Only small gripe I have is that the calendar isn’t flexible. With kids and and work travel I fell a couple weeks behind over the course of the 4 month meso cycle and I kept having to go back instead of program staying with me. Love the constant small improvements though! Will continue to purchase.
