Tycker att Peakon är ett bra Vertyg men kommer för ofta. Skulle räcka med 1 gång i månaden, tyvärr tror jag personalen/ medarbetarna tröttnar och svara slentialt.

Requires you to login every time you use it. If you use the link in the mail you get you don’t have to.

I love how it’s weekly and it’s easy to use without having to login! The interface looks very modern and sleek. Great job

I know people lie just to make others look bad , it’s a bad way for employees to ruin a company and management.

I keep getting an error that tells me to update but when I go to the App Store to update, it says it’s already updated and will only let me open the app.

The Peakon surveys are a great tool for providing Senior Leadership with a pulse on how well they’re engaging with employees, as well as feedback on the communication and how well employees understand and are in alignment with it. The only reason I didn’t rate the app with 5 stars is the lack of anonymity. Personally, I don’t like surveys that anonymize my responses and would prefer to have the option, but if the app is advertising the replies as anonymous, then they should be 100% anonymous. Just my thoughts.

I like the platform and the types of questions that are being asked. It also allows me to see which areas need more support and where my satisfaction is great.
