Pretty good and all but why is the age limit 9…?💀😭
Pros: Great kegel exercises with clear instructions. The phone vibrates at different intensities that matches up with the kegels you’re supposed to be doing. I feel like it has made a difference. Cons: You can’t set it to remind you to do the workouts every day. Every day you have to set a new reminder for the next day. If you miss a day, it never reminds you again. I find this to be a huge flaw. I don’t see any reason why there can’t be a setting to just always remind you at a time you choose every day. I really hope they fix this because I absolutely hate that . I also don’t like that you have to rate each workout and then say why you didn’t give it 5 stars. I end up just always giving 5 stars so I can move on with my life. Actually come to think of it, I’ll start giving less stars and sharing my complaint about reminders….
While this may be a good app for exercising pelvic floor muscles, it has some quirks that are deeply annoying. 1) Every practice demands a star rating. If it is less than 5, a reason is demanded. A second practice can’t even be scheduled until this rating is completed. 2) If you are unable to do both practices in one day, you are “punished” by your session not being recorded AND you are given a corrective message the next day. 3) if you quit on the middle of a session, the app demands you write an explanation for why. 4) A time reminder must be set daily instead of setting a reminder a single time that automatically repeats. This is far too hands-on and absolutely unnecessary. These quirks, demands for ratings, corrective messaging all make me suspicious the app and its recommended exercises aren’t legitimate.
