Why does it ask for a password every few weeks to provide lessons, and does not accept the password to delete and download the app again?

Приложение нормально но не функционирует. Невозможно активировать граммалаб: он пишет, что все успешно, но не открываются задания все равно… 0/10

1. When I unlock UUEG on iphone, It can’t be unlocked on my computer. 2. When I unlock FOG5 5th edition on my computer, it was unlock to FOG4 on phone and just have a few parts of content. I think you should provide practice on both device as usuals. If I can only use it on one device, let me do it on my computer!

I need to practice my other classes and it doesn't want to work. I have tried introduce my code but that's impossible because does not unlock any unit. It really is so bad, please fixing it.

적지 않은 돈을 주고 영어교재 Future 4를 샀다. 그리고 책에 안내되어 있는대로 이 앱을 깔았지만 처음 한번 작동되고는 ebook은 다시 볼수 없게 클로즈되었다. 앱을 통해 도움을 구했지만 3일이 지난 지금까지 아무소식도 없다.

The application does not work well, I can not unlock my modules to practice I have had to delete and redownload and do the process and nothing works, I have lost full access, this application is not made to study and no technical service helps, I lost my money with my books. 👎🏽
