The delivery service is great. Where you fall behind is the tracking on your drivers. One minute he shows 5-10 minutes away and then all of a sudden it updates and he’s here. Makes it very hard to judge when to go meet the driver. Some times I end up waiting 5-10 minutes. Other times I’m getting a call wondering where I am. This waistes both my time and your drivers time. Take Uber as an example. There tracking is live. At any moment I can tell exactly where my driver is. This leads to a lot less waiting around. You definitely need to look into improving it.

There is no English so if ur a tourist trying to order food to you hotel good luck with Google translate Also I waited 2 hours for an order that never came because they somehow had no delivery guys available never got the food and didn’t get a refund
