Pei Wei

I originally used the app with an old email address attached to my number and now I can’t log in using old email and it won’t let me make another account because my phone number is taken.

Too many critical bugs make this app unusable. When I choose the wrong login method, I get stuck on the registration screen and can only get out of it by uninstalling (because I can’t re register with my phone number which has already been registered). If I choose Facebook, I get an error indicating Facebook is not an available method. If I finally remember my sign in method and succeed, I have to manually add a credit card to pay because there is no integration to Apple Pay or PayPal or other, and the scan card function refuses to focus. THEN, it’s likely I’ll get an error that says I’m offline when I’m not. They should have waited to rollout this one. Garbage.

Using the app to order and pay DOES NOT automatically get added to rewards. There is no receipt with barcode on my pickup— so no way to even manually enter for rewards. What a waste of an app

I love pei wei but this app is bad. It doesn’t save side selections after you choose them and has caused me to get my order wrong multiple times. This time it’s not something I can eat so I have to spend 40 minutes going all the way back from my house.

Togo order issue with DoorDash but resolved with management.

Can’t use gift cards with less than one dollar balance so free money for Pei Wei. Multiple payment methods is a disaster, and coupon codes randomly error.

Terrible app. Not worth the time to figure out in order to get the BOGO.

How do they make the food taste THIS GOOD? Wish we had a Pei-Wei near us. It’s fast, fresh, and tastes incredible. My family’s favorite Asian food. Visit the friendly staff in San Antonio on N Loop 1604 location. Yummmmmm.

Just modernize it. Why are you saving payment info on a fast food app that barely works, liability.
