PeloStats: Bike Companion

Update: Get Personal Best app. It tracks your Peloton rides and only one low lifetime app purchase. Please don’t get hooked into yet another app subscription With every single new app seemingly requiring a subscription it has become a “pick and choose” environment for what you can afford to have on your mobile device. Part of this problem is greed from the developers who want that continuous revenue flow. This app is very good. As a Peloton owner it’s great to see all my stats clearly indicated in one app, no doubt, this app is fantastic. If there were the ability to buy this once it would be a no-brainer. But making me pay yet another subscription is just something I refuse to do and I hope the developer rethinks the pricing strategy

Peloton’s metrics are readily accessible. The app promises additional analytical and diagnostic tools to drill down on every facet of your Pelo-experience. Unfortunately it does so at a cost. It’s not a prohibitive cost but a cost nonetheless. And it’s right up front. Right after you download the app and download your workouts you’ll be hit with with “try pro”. In the absence of that, the app tells you what your Peloton app tells you. Nothing more and nothing less. Don’t waste your money.

It feels like the performance of this app is getting worse and worse. It takes about 5 seconds to register a keystroke or a selection in the search workouts or compare workouts area. I would use this all the time except that I know it’s so slow. I’ve had it for several months and keep opening it bc I keep wanting to use it but it’s honestly so laggy that it’s almost unusable. :( you should look up pelotrak for free peloton statistics.

App looks nice but doesn’t do much Peloton doesn’t. The pro features are nice but not essential. Bugs for a review exceedingly often.

Such a great way to dive into Peloton data. I wish running was included, too, but I’m hopeful it will be added in the future!
