My wife and I were recently in Italy for a honeymoon. Our tour operator offered us a discount on the first couple of PEM cards to send out. I signed up and sent out over 15 and they were not cheap. I spent about €45 doing so but it was a personalized card of my wife in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Well that was over 2 1/2 weeks ago. we have been back from Italy for a week now and my cards have not arrived. I emailed PEM and they did respond fairly quickly. They told me they were having issues with their card printing company. They would be sending them out in a week. I hope that happens even though we have missed the opportunity for our friends and family to get these cards in a timely fashion. All of our snail mail cards have long since arrived. I will upgrade my rating to a 2 star if they ever arrive.

L’idea è veramente troppo carina, in particolare poi se si è amanti delle cartoline come me!!! Semplicissimo fare tutto e soprattutto (cosa per niente scontata) nel momento in cui si ha bisogno di assistenza loro sono super!!! Presenti, veloci e cercano di risolvere l’eventuale problema!! La mia cartolina non mi è stata consegnata una prima volta. Ho scritto all’assistenza e si sono subito attivati. Hanno provveduto a ristampare e spedire nuovamente. Ancora nulla. Hanno risolto al terzo tentativo usando altro corriere. Cartolina arrivata e sorpresa riuscitissima e graditissima!!! Veramente bravi!!!!

Pemcards è una bella idea, ma purtroppo le cartoline non arrivano. Ho provato 3 invii: 2 allo stesso indirizzo e uno ad un altro indirizzo in un’altra regione e nessuno è andato a buon fine. Dopo la prima mancata consegna mi sono lamentata con Pemcards e mi hanno subito risposto proponendomi come soluzione di effettuare un nuovo invio. Dopo che nemmeno questo ha funzionato mi hanno proposto di inviare di nuovo ad un altro indirizzo. Ancora una volta niente da fare :(
