Great service, thank you

Buggy on my phone

New version of app has been buggy on my iPhone 15. And there seems to no longer be an option for an external transfer, and trying to use Pomoney causes app to crash

Absolutely Worthless

This app cannot accept mobile check deposits. The app cannot recognize endorsement, despite previous versions having no issue. Somehow, the functionality was broken. Multiple iPhones and iPads have all exhibited the same issue. Calling Pen Air directly could not resolve anything, as the employees were unaware of the issue and unable to do anything to resolve it. This is an embarrassment of an application.

Excellent app

Loads fast and has all the data I need. I use other apps as well, Amex and Chase and this one I love the most for an occasional overview. Thank you, Pen Air devs and designers for build a great UI/UX.

App is user-friendly and really easy to navigate. Plus, really loving the vibrant colors after Penair’s rebranding

Very useful

I love it!!!! It’s very useful and helpful! The app allows me to do so much from my home so I don’t have to spend a long time in the long lines!

Logo

I love the service, but hate the new logo. It’s awful. I thought about changing banks because of it. I can’t believe a group of people would vote on that as the banks logo. Is there another card I can get without that ugly logo ?

My bank app account!

I’m happy with my bank app. Easy to use, I’m not app friendly. I have little to know problems. The one problem I had I called the bank and they walked me right through it. I have also caught two mistakes that saved me money on my account. I check my account every time I use my card.

It’s great

Love the app but it never notifies me when I get a deposit or take money out. And I have my notifications enabled.

It’s awesome

I love it cause I can keep track of my money at all times and transfer money and pay my credit card!!!!
