Hang at Registration Page

2025 update app. Apps remain at registration page despite press Register button 1 million time. Can not park car .

4/1/25: App support also not working. 3/1/25 not working for iPhone

3/1/25: VPN mode detected and that’s all. It’s ridiculous that the app wasn’t fully tested before being released to the public. 4:1/25: Try the app support at App Store and you’ll see it’s also not functioning. The government failed, big time. Parking rates increased 100% but service level dropped to 0%.

After update cannot use at all,please update again

Lousy app

Since it latest update, not able to top up via credit card, the apps show black screen after returning from bank apps to approve the transaction

Couldn't open the app

My friend & I are using iphone and we couldn't open the app since yesterday till now. Once clicked on the app, it showed penang smart parking page and jumps out become phone page. Please solve this issue as causing inconvenience - cannot pay for parking in penang now.
