With all their overseas members, we can no longer use the PFCU app because they can’t even figure out, unlike other banks, how to safely txt a needed one-time pin abroad to use it! They’ve really dropped the ball, both IT and customer services, with no accountability or time-fame as to when all members can easily bank again using our PFCU app regardless of our location.

This app constantly has issues. It’s always something. Been double charged more than once. I do NOT. trust this app for anything. Call in to do anything with this company, you will save yourself a lot of headaches.

Stopped working with Personal Capital. Login hasn’t worked for years. Helocs aren’t in the app. Can’t change bank for scheduled payments - ERROR DELETING ACCOUNT. “Enable push notifications”

Can’t enter $ amount to do a mobile deposit! No support on the weekend.

This app is awful! Have the time it freezes and then you have no way of closing the app once it freezes. Went to the Credit Union and asked why I can’t use the app and the response I got was uninstall and re-install again. Seriously, this is the worse app!

I need my tax forms IN THE APP. I don’t need junk like Zelle, please stop pushing it on me. It’s not safe and I won’t use it. Also IF I NEED TO UPDATE, YOU SHOULD TELL ME BEFORE I LOG IN. STOP WASTING MYTIME.

Log on with biometrics broken. Once logged in, unable to goto real estate accounts. I get the spinning circle of death until it times out. IT dept needs a lot of help.

I can’t simply log into my app, I have to remember a username and password everytime. I’ve switched to other cards because of how difficult this is. Also, autopay doesn’t always work

The app is not useable. After installing it, it’s not working at all and I’m unable to access my account . So how can that be fixed??? It doesn’t deserve a single star but I was forced to give it one to exit out. I don’t know where the 5 stars above came from because The updated app does NOT work at all and I cannot get the old app back. So I have no access to my PFCU account for now. Is there anyone working at PFCU to help with this? If so I couldn’t reach anyone.

The most recent “bug fixes” caused all sorts of issues. The app runs in a constant loop when you try to log in. It crashes or fails every time you try to use mobile deposit. Hire new developers….
