Changes
I don’t like the changes to the app or the Collins system. Pentucket Bank has lost its personal touch which is one of the things that I love about this bank. Now, in order to talk to my banker about personal financial issues I have to call a center where I speak to a rep that I don’t know instead. The app also used to deposit my checks immediately and now I have to wait for the funds to be deposited. I may be looking for a new small bank or credit union unfortunately.
