The latest update has made using this app a giant PIA. Every single time you open it it nags you to enable FaceID, which is normally a good idea. But because I have to use the app to access multiple accounts (children), FaceID doesn’t work because it can only open one account. Even if I enable it then disable it, rather than understand that I decided against it it goes back to nagging me to turn it on. Also, the contact page here in the App Store goes to a 404 Not Found page. Poor.

I Enjoyed banking with peoples first credit union , They always on time with deposit , thier customer service is very good. It’s a pleasure visiting this bank service always with a smile…

I currently can’t transfer funds between my checking and savings. This is a simple task that can be done with every other app except this one. Please fix it.

I know everyone was having problems but it was an easy thing you just had to rotate to the right only now I am getting a mirror image and can’t even get the check in the window please put it back at least I knew I had to rotate my iPhone now it is WORSE since the app update.

Absolutely terrible design flaw with credit cards! Can’t pay from the app when literally all other banking apps let you!! I’m leaving people first!

Mobile deposit has not been working on iPhones. It’s been weeks and I’m still not able to use it. For some reason only iPhones it’s not working but androids it does. Please fix

Unable to complete a mobile deposit with the latest iOS update. Unable to take picture of the check. Called and they couldn’t figure it out or replicate the error.

For some reason, iOS 16 doesn’t let me do a mobile deposit when it comes to the part of taking a picture of the front of the check.
