Pepperplate Cooking Planner

This is a great app for organizing meals and shopping. It would be even better if you would allow members (make this a club!) the ability to extend an introductory offer for a year to friends and family. I would love to be able to share recipes easily with others in my community. Speech to text options on my iPad make it easy to import recipes from books, but it would be nice to share that work load with friends and family. Otherwise I like that importing recipes from your supported sites is easy on the web version. And shopping is much easier as well with the ease of generating lists from recipes. Great App.

I quite like the app, however, it can be frustrating to copy & paste recipes. More frustrating is the monthly subscription. Any chance of a one of purchase fee as not much has changed since purchasing it?

I was using this app and LOVED it for years until they made it a paid subscription app. I don’t understand why you need to ask for such a large subscription amount and couldn’t find a way to keep your existing customers with their current recipes and have new members subscribe. I am sure you could have restricted access for free users and full access for new or paying subscribers. An explanation would be nice!!!

I spent ages adding recipes and used the app for free then suddenly there is a charge?? Give me access immediately so I can get my recipes out your app!

I have used this app for years for free and loved it, however, now I have to pay if I want to continue using this app? Can someone please explain. I can understand if you’re a new user but to charge a previous free user is just wrong. One Star because of the inconvenience that I now have to move all my recipes 4 stars because the app is awesome Not happy

I had been using this app for years to store my own recipes, now I need to pay a monthly subscription so see your own recipes. I got hundreds of recipes which i cant have access to.Don’t bother downloading this. You can not do anything until subscription is paid. Now i move over to RecipeBox

Was awesome until they started charging a monthly fee. I’d rather pay one off for this great app. Now to find another one...

Had this app years ago and it was great. I was quite disappointed to find upon downloading the app just now, that there is now a subscription fee! The fee is also sneakily applied as you have to read an email to find out you’ve somehow agreed to an auto renewing monthly subscription after your two week “free trial”. I’d have been happy to pay a one off charge for the app but I’m certainly not happy with the sneaky subscription model. Off to delete the app now.

This app was free for years, so I used it to store a lot of recipes that I’ve collected - some of them my own! Now I can’t access the recipes because without any forewarning, they now want to charge $5 per month. That’s $60 a year for what? Storing your own cooking notes? Like previous reviewer, i would have paid a yearly subscription of around $10, but $60 is ludicrous for an app that offers basic features.

I considered this the best app on my phone and iPad until they asked for a monthly subscription....yes I have a lot of recipes I have collected but I will not pay $5 per month to access my own devices....DO NOT ASK PEOPLE TO PAY FOR THIS EVERY MONTH......I would have considered a one off fee or even an annual fee of around $10 but not $5 per month......can’t give no stars otherwise I would have😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
