Chill but too many ads
At first ads was voluntarily if you want that double then watch the ads, later in the game, its force to you almost every 2-3mins
Dead zone level 3
Any additional service staff hired will end up in a dead zone which they are stucked
Pay to play
Love the game but hate how wants you to pay for every little thing. Not rich and don’t mind paying a little bit of money but wants you to pay 13.99 for each room to have employees. That adds up.
Beast Hunter Game
I have made it to level 4 of the beast hunter where you have to defeat 60 beasts the only problem is that they stop spawning after 40 so it’s impossible to beat the game. You can’t go on to the Kings Slot mini game until you beat the Beast hunter. Fix this and I will fix my rating.
Add more floors
I’ve made it to floor 5 and completed all activities and hired all the people I can and the game has seemingly came to an end. Please add more floors and activities
Multiplier is broke
The x2 multiplier you get after watching an ad doesn’t work. In fact, on the 5th floor, when you use the multiplier, it takes money away! I’m sure your advertisers wouldn’t be happy knowing people skip watching the ads for bonus items because they aren’t given after watching the ad!
Meh
I love builder games but not ones where I have to spend all day moving a character around. Then it’s just work, not fun
Wasted Money!!!
The ads that pop are certainly annoying and take away from the fun of the game, but my biggest problem is paying for something and not getting what I paid for! In the game, you can buy “Floor Managers” that make sure your staff isn’t falling asleep. Not they don’t help fill orders, not they don’t collect money, literally just wake the staff up when they fall asleep. But what’s got me infuriated is that I can’t upgrade the managers as I should be able to. I paid for them and now when I click on the staff to see them, the screen is completely blank for all managers paid for. This is happening to a lot of people and all the customer support says is to PM them. We’re doing that and getting no response!! They are stealing money from players! The packs are so expensive it doesn’t make sense, but if we choose to buy, at least give us what we paid for. Very very poor experience for what could be a great game. Do better and fix the issues or give us our money back!!
Good game but free to play is horrible
None of the adds work to get rewards. I do like the busyness of the game and keeps you active the whole time. I’d give this a 4 or 5 star review if the ads worked to collect rewards that were offered.
