Where’s the update?
This app is in desperate need of an update. Automation doesn’t work at all in Logic Pro for iPad. Developer doesn’t look after his apps, there hasn’t been an update for two years. It’s still a fun app but far from useful.

*** Note: Perforator is an AUv3 Audio Unit plugin; which requires an AUv3 compatible host app, such as Garageband, Cubasis, BM3 or AUM ***
Perforator is a rhythmic gating audio effect: it will creatively snip, cut, gap and filter incoming audio to create rhythmic patterns out of sustained sounds.
By tuning the slice envelopes you can create anything from classic staccato "trance gate" sounds to emulations of sloppy pumping sidechain compression.
Two gating mechanisms can be dialled in: an AMP EG gate (the traditional way of gating) and a 12dB/Oct lowpass filter which will rapidly carve away high frequencies from your sound to effectively silence them.

Well worth it.
I like this app very much and it's worth every penny. It gets everything moving along nicely when used in a mix, and by using it in conjunction with Kosmonaut, I've managed to make some strange, spacey, chaotic sonic patterns that Dave Brock of Hawkwind would be envious of. Being an ageing rocker, this app is what I've been waiting for.

Had a lot of fun in AUM so far and had some fun results. It was a must buy from day one for me. Made by a great developer. Hats off Bram Bos yet again. Found uses for all his apps and this will be another go to app in the future for me 5 ⭐️ app

It’s much deeper, go through all those little details Bram put into this, You’ll be amazed what this can do for your boring pad lines!

Wot a great APP!
Locks really well with tempo and used conventionally it’s just a good gater/slicer etc. effect but reading the last couple lines of the description are what makes this a really clever music tool: “midi out... p-locks, etc...” been exploring the space with this feature and it really is super cool. Thank you sir and please continue making killer musical apps, plugins, everything!
Help
Issues with wet and dry glitche noises after a few days of use. Was working fine without any distorted glitches now when I’m using the wet dry I hear bits breaking. All levels good on BeatMaker 3 with iPad Pro latest updates Did not mean to leave a one star it was the only way to post a review by no means was it negative love your stuff it was my fault on the glitches! Rookie mistake
