Period Tracker: Monthly Cycles

I have been using this tracker for years and when I went to do the update, it deleted every bit of data that I had been tracking for that entire time. And it’s now done it twice. Permanently deleted

I hate to write this review because I’ve been using this app for probably somewhere near 10 years. I’ve been using it for so long that I was grandfathered into their subscription plan. I loved this app, and I used it religiously. It’s always been helpful for keeping track of multiple health conditions that I have. Unfortunately, since their most recent update, a few years ago, the app will randomly log you out and delete years of your app data and tracking. It is extremely frustrating and I’m tired of dealing with it. I have written support, (it’s been a week and no reply) and I have seen that many other people are having the same problems, and there is no fix, despite what support says to do. Restoring data does not work. There’s no way to permanently back up your data except to send it to an email but then you cannot re-upload it to the app, so what’s the point? Sad to see such a great app go downhill, but I cannot recommend it anymore.

So I just log into my account and notice everything from a year has been while out and I have info stored from years ago but this is like the 3rd time this has happen. I like to look back and see how my cycle has change and losing a year of info is not helping

I have used this app for several years. Over that time this app has gotten more and more frustrating. There is no biometric log in and the app will sign you out regularly so you have to keep signing back in. Then most recently I logged in to check my calendar and ALL of my data is gone. No way to tell if this is the week for Aunt Flo or not. Found a new app to use and am deleting this one.

Tried opening the app. It flashed and then closed. Tried opening it again and it asked for my login. So I logged in but now I'm missing a year of data😡

After more than 2 years with this app and relying on the data I have constantly entered to track my health, this app lost almost all the data I had and I can’t even export it because it asks for an email to be set up and mine HAS BEEN THERE SINCE I STARTED. if anyone from support actually sees this- please explain how to retrieve the data I lost.

I have been using this for a couple years now & although is is very helpful & very in point to my cycle for some reason more than one occasion i seem to loose ALL my data & considering I am on fertility journey with my husband ,.. this data is very important to me I have emailed the app support numerous times & no response & there is no number to call . Now I don’t have MY data for my F journey Very upsetting & i WILL BE DELETING THIS thanks for nothing

This app has been acting up for maybe the past two years. It keeps on logging me out and deleting all my information. I use this app to track my period. It’s very useless when it keeps in logging out and deleting everything. I will be deleting and trying something new

This new update deleted all my data. Thinking of deleting the app too now. I logged into the right email but all my data is gone. WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS?!!!
