In comparison to Pernia Aza,Curato etc are better platform to sop as well as there prices and service is far better than Pernia.

However great the brand looks, had the worst experience shopping with lack of price transparency and mismanagement and crappy communication and support!!!! Never ever shop from this site!!!!

Pernia’s has a really bad customer support, policies, and sales representatives. In fact, their policies are very shady. 1. There is no return/refund policy. I mean you guys are selling designer and luxury stuff and you are forcing customers to keep it even if they don’t happen to like it. In case they take return, they cut 15% and refund only in store credits. I mean HOW Generous! 2. Terms and conditions are not mentioned on the app. Nothing is clear tbh. 3. Coupon codes mentioned on the products are hardly applicable. 4. There is no incentive/membership rewards for frequent shoppers. 5. Customer empathy is zero. Who keeps such shady return policies in an online business. And 15% cut on luxury items. I mean are you kidding me! 6. Lastly, but definitely not the least one. Their sales reps keep tracking customers like a hawk. The moment you start eyeing a product, they’ll bombard you with calls, messages, emails, app notifications and what not. That too from different numbers. It gets really exhausting. Their sales rep don’t even want customers to pay online. They will force you to pay from their specific link. I did a bis mistake by placing orders with them. They say we’ll give you the best price when most of the time their prices are much higher than what the designers are offering in their own stores or on their websites. It is a big No for me!!❌❌ I mean I am buying premium and designer products. I want to be treated better and not feel forced or tracked. Honestly, their operations and experience seems like you are dealing with some small business operating out of no resources.

I love using this app, it has improved a lot since I started using it. I thank their team for a wonderful team effort and service.

I highly recommend to use app for shopping with pernia’s pop up shop, they have absolute adore the trendy collection and offers.

They are only money minded and won’t give a damn of the clothes that you have selected. Once they take the money they will not reply to your msgs or calls and send wrong sizes repeatedly. Please don’t waste your money and time here because it’s run by a bunch of fools. They just want to take money and give the worst possible outfits.
