The Personal Trainer app is awesome! The ability to build custom workouts and track my progress has been my favorite. The many plan options, instructional videos and illustrations have been a huge help to someone like myself who was new to working out. I’d recommend this app to anyone looking to get in shape and build muscle.

This app has been great for me. I used to have a personal trainer who wrote workouts for me and this app provides all types of workout plans with better variety and more specificity than my trainer ever had at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to stay active weather you’re 15 or 75!

This app has a couple really useful features for tracking workouts, and also provides recommended daily exercises based on the number of days a week you can work out. There is useful information about different workout equipment too. I’m excited to use this app to help achieve my fitness goals!

I’m really thankful that I found this app! The built in workout plans are incredible for building muscle, and the high intensity interval training is really helpful for getting rid of excess fat. I’m working on building my first custom workout plan!

I have hired personal trainers before, but they are way too expensive to hire at any consistent rate. I’m glad I found this app! The workout plans are really geared toward building muscle, but the HIIT workouts are really intense and great for burning fat. This is definitely the most organized, well thought out workout app I have ever used!
