Easily the best app for tracking workouts. Most apps force you on their path. Personal Training Coach starts with templates of popular routines and as you progress you can customise as needed. Backup is also great if you go through phones as quickly as I do.
Do you intend to introduce Apple Watch support?
Good app but Apple Watch support is table stakes. Especially at $17.99.
Very nice app for tracking progress and automating training. Weights, rest periods, progression all automated via the app.
Lots of program choices, much simpler than alternative apps and presents information in a way that's processable for beginners.
Awesome app, however is there any plan to add cap3 into this App at all? I would love all my templates In 1 place and also there are no IOS cap3 apps yet... be the first!!!!
This is the best weightlifting app I’ve ever used. The preset programs are great but the customization options and how easy it is to use really set it apart!
I just don't want to have to do the math to calculate all the warm-up and working weights and reps for my workouts. This app makes is easy to just walk in the the gym and focus on working hard. I'd easily spend more value trying to calculate and track myself. By making it easy, I'm more likely to work out which helps me hit my goals. And by tracking all my progress, I get this positive reinforcement loop that gets through plateaus. And thanks to the extensive library of programs, I've been able to seamlessly transition from novice (SSNLP) to intermediate (Texas Method) to advanced intermediate (5/3/1) in my lifting journey. Being able to adjust the workouts has helped as I aged and recovery got harder while still enabling progress. Great app and I can't recommended it enough.
