The app is clean and pretty easy to use.
In our case the employee list is also quite nice and useful, since Outlook address book sucks on iPhone.
Too bad the actual time tracking - the thing we'd use the most - is too simple and almost useless.
You cannot view or edit the hours you have saved. You can only add new hours by defining start and end time of work and all the breaks - or by using a timer. Why so complicated?
We'd honestly just need a way to input working time in hours and then edit at least past month to keep it up to date.
I really hope time management gets some improvements or this ends up as just another HR app regular workers hate and don't really use (since you need to use a desktop browser anyway).
Can’t adjust the time you tracked on desktop
It just allows you to (with very weird UI) track additional time. Not make adjustments to the time you have tracked - if for (very common) example you tracked that you worked until 17:00 on your computer and on the way out colleagues stop you and you end up working 20 mins more - I can’t add that retrospective with this app - I nees to log in to the desktop version. I don’t have any other need for the app than time tracking, which renders it useless.
No 2FA support?!?
I thought this app wad more-or-less abandoned it, but although the mobile app was finally updated a month ago, but Personio still haven’t added support for their own 2-factor authentication implementation so we can’t use it 😒2FA is a basic requirement for security these days, so this is pretty unacceptable.
Fast and good!
Very convinient to have absence request on an app, for instance to quickly inform everyone about unexpected leaves.
App works well, looking forward to the other modules being available on the app too. :)
Easily lose in progress attendance tracking
Log out button is helpfully placed right next to the ”Unlock with FaceID” button. Even more helpfully log out does not have any confirmation step (who in their right mind would expect login to an app you use at least twice a day be as easy as log out?).
If you happen to use attendance tracking timer at all, be ready to lose your data because of a 1-millimeter misclick.

Die App ist sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet.
Es wäre toll, wenn man hier zeitnah eine neue Version auf den Markt bringen würde.
Die Verwaltung von Mitarbeiteranträgen ist in der App weder ersichtlich noch zu bearbeiten.
Über eine Rückmeldung würde ich mich sehr freuen.
