I just love the convenience of the app. It’s brilliant. Drivers are lovely to my teenage son and always on time and patient with him. I wish it was a little cheaper but every thing costs a lot these days so same for everyone! Thankyou from us both.

Arrived slightly after the app had said the car was at the station which worried me at the time. Careful driver, no problems arriving at destination.

In theory it beats the competition in the area this app by 10. But there’s just no reason for trips to be cancelled even when they’re warning of 25 min delays all throughout the day from 8 in the morning to 2pm in the day. Having had this app for about 2 years now this has never stopped being the case. Annoying. No communication as to why and then being asked “why did you cancel your trip,” frustrating. Just very frustrating
