Usage
The app is an all one stop shop. Got everything a customer wants
Honestly
Can't access my account through the new app even after updating. Keeps requesting I update app over and over again.
Problems from beginning
Opening an account with Family bank and linking my card was the worst mistake I ever made. They deducted so much money without confirmation and never refunded. Card took a week to process. Problems from the beginning I used for a month and withdrew. Bad vibes
Bad service.
This is the second time i have tried transferring cash from bank to mpesa and it has hanged.And no one is there to answer customer care .It just keeps telling me to hold!This is a bank!Why am i waiting to be connected when this is a mistake on your end!Money issues need to be fast.This is so unreliable!!
Withdrawal
Can't withdraw my money it keeps telling me to retry what's up....?but making a deposit is so fast

It does not offer what it promises. You request a statement only for it to be emailed after 12 hours.
