Any time I’ve tried using this app (for ages) it just closes straight away. I thought downloading the latest update would help; it hasn’t

There are days (like today) when the app won’t open - you log in and keep getting directed back to “choose catalogue”. When it is working, it does not reliably save your place in the recording eg 52m. into a seminar & you pause to do something; when you return, it’s back to 00:00m., which drives me crazy. I’ve taken to saving the file onto my pc & watching/listening from that. I love the PESI products (content), just wish this was more user-friendly.

Grateful it exists but it’s super slow…

I thoroughly enjoyed the expressive art therapy course I can definitely implement these interventions into my clinical practice. Thank you for reigniting my passion for music and movement

The app crashes on any attempt to open it.

The app has been crashing each time I attempt to open it.

PESI App used to work well on my phone but no longer launches when I click on it… bummer because I loved it when it worked and used it a lot in my car.

I’m a long time subscriber. I have several courses to finish. However, the app no longer opens on my IPhone. It’s INCREDIBLY frustrating. I don’t have the time to sit at my desk to do the training. That’s why I got the app. Please fix this. I have restarted my phone and it didn’t help. I don’t want to delete and reload the app for fear I’ll lose the courses and my progress. They were expensive (worth it though) and I can’t afford to repay for them. Please look an upgrading the app!

To anyone who is having issues with the app not opening/immediately closing/crashing- I deleted the app from my phone, and the associated data, and redownloaded it which seemed to correct the issue. Hopefully this review helps those who were stuck in the situation of the app automatically crashing.
