The app keeps saying I need to update the app to use but selecting Update does nothing

I actually liked the app until today. I tried to log in and it said I needed an update but when I clicked the update now button it just brings me to the App Store and no way to update. If I hit open I just get back to the screen where it says I need to update. Endless loop

Says app needs updated and won’t let me get in. I just downloaded it today. Takes me back here and there’s nothing to update. I just bought the figo insurance today. Can’t even access it. What is going on.

It keeps telling me to update the app when it’s fully updated. Won’t let me access my account.

I pay $120 a month and they still pay $0 for a pet visits. AVOID.

As I was setting up my account with you, it said you have to wait a year or so or six months before if there was like an orthopedic problem on the dog, but you mentioned that you could get a orthopedic clearance form to get immediate vet claims and that that would happen at the end of sign up when you got my credit card information so you’ve got my credit card information. I did not see the form that I can give them my Vet. Where is it? Not a happy customer at this point

The app is functional and generally solid, but every time I search for it I get to “Fig…” until I realize they named it Pet Cloud. Why? Why wouldn’t you call your app Figo? It just makes the brand feel messy and inconsistent. *update 10/24 - Please stop with the goofy asking for an email first then showing a password box when trying to sign in. This breaks password managers and makes it very tedious to have to manually type in my email

Unsure what the App Devs are doing with th login, but it logs me out after several days of not using it. Once I try to login, it doesn’t automatically sign me it, I have to tap on another “log in” screen where it actually FINALLY logs me in. Please fix or implement a way to just login using FaceID feature. Other than that, the app itself is good, but bad first impressions with the login in screen.

Every time I submitted a claim for my pet they always find a reason not to pay. So the charged me every month but never pay a claim.

In 4 years, paid 5K in injuries and sickness adding testing and 2K in insurance premiums. Received $200 max back from them. This is a scam insurance.
