Why is there one default sighting photo? It should 1) ask if in possession before asking for photo(s) 2) allow for as many photos as possible.

Petkey hosts the largest Nationwide missing pet network. Lost and Found pets can be listed for free in an effort to get the word out quickly and reunite missing pets with their families. If you are missing a pet you can view our live map of found pets to see if your pet has been recovered. If you have found a pet and are looking for their family you can add that pet to the map to help get the word out and reunite that pet. Every second counts so add your pet to the network today their profile is prepared in the event of an emergency. Having a profile for your pet will also provide you with quick access to your pet's important details and virtual ID. Once your pet is in the network you can receive immediate notifications if your pet has been found. You can also have some fun with it and create a custom Petmoji of your pet.

Hi my name is Donny and my big bro brought it home and said just found this guy he’s amazing and sure enough he’s right the dog is amazing he just had to be missed
Can’t login on the app
The app is very difficult to use. I can easily login to the website but the app login is no where to be found. Should be obvious but it isn’t. Poorly designed
Poorly Made
This is the most poorly designed app I’ve ever tried to use. Tried to look up my pets, said I didn’t have any. Typed in the microchip number, said it was set on a private profile and so I couldn’t see it. I think to myself, ohh it must have signed me out. Guess I’ll sign in. Guess what though? No option to sign in. Don’t bother with the app, just go to the website.
Great App but needs a key addition
Like that I’m able to access the app and report our dog lost/found. But, I would love it if you could upload photos or scans of his shot records and rabies certificate. That way they would be easy access for dog friendly events that require proof of vaccinations. I have it logged into the web version - except the certificate as the documents portion doesn’t have an upload option there either or it wasn’t working when I tried.

I am so disappointed of this app. I need to update my pets profile. I said it before. I will say it again I am blind I need to use voiceover what is a app if it can’t even help of anything. I need to have my baby dog profile updated if he gets lost how can they call me? I need you to fix this. I’m so disappointed.
Can’t even sign up
Crashes when I try to scan code, and even if I don’t I can’t get past the first info page because it keeps asking me to enter my email. Even when my email is entered with a green check, it still asks for it, WHILE it’s entered. God awful
App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing every time I choose to use the lifetime registration discount. Save $10 from the main website if you can get the app to work.
