The product is very good with tracking pet however you must play around with it to get a good feel for it. There is not much of a tutorial or instructions so you must be patient. Their customer service via email is excellent. They responded quickly and professionally.
If you gonna change your phone you gonna loose everything - cant add to the device to the other phone. Customer service is a chatbot. Forget it.
App is super buggy all all the features work as described locks up and crashes
