Can not login
I am not able to login saying Please enter a valid email address -- even if it is the right email. I am able to login to the exact same account in the browser but not in the app.

So much red tape
This is just ridiculous. Can’t even log into my account. Keeps blocking me. You try to do our reset password then you need security answers to security questions like you’re signing into your bank. Then locks u out 🤦♂️
Does not load
I keep getting can’t load the app right now try latter for days now
Buggy App !!!!!
Terrible App. When I select clean my vehicle option, it doesn’t do anything and after a while I get a message saying “Something went wrong, please try later”. The worst part is this happened few times when I was at car wash, I had to exit and all the vehicle behind me had to backup. Also, it doesn’t work on mobile network if it has US IP address. Why the restriction ?
WAS good. now doesn’t even open on iPhone
this app worked fine and was useful for car washes, now the app crashes on loading screen for iPhone. i’ve tried it for multiple iPhones all the same… seems to work on android. you guys need to fix this asap

I have downloaded plus delete and reinstall it many times and still doesn’t work, it keeps saying “We can’t load this app try again in a few minutes” I have done it and still not working

Will Not Load Without Canadian IP Adress
The app will not load without a Canadian IP address. When I travel my IP is not in Canada. Forced to use a CDN VPN to open.
