This app is so helpful in being able to contact my vet for advice and arrange an appointment, if needed.

Really easy to navigate and use. Although once you picked your surgery you cannot change it. I recently moved, now cannot change to my new local surgery to book appointments

It would be nice if you were able to delete closed chats. It doesn’t take long to gather a long list of closed chats, so having the option to delete these would be good.

Booked efficiently and expeditiously.

I was concerned about my tortoise, but with the app, I was able to upload photos of the issue and I got a prompt reply from the exotic vet. I could ask a follow up question and again, I received a quick response. All sorted without stressing out my pet with an unnecessary car journey. Amazing!

I absolutely love this app what a great idea! We don’t live close to the vets and it gives you peace of mind when the vet message you back with any questions or concerns! Thank you

It’s really easy to send a question & then the receptionists can reply when they have time & are able (feels preferable to waiting for the phone to be answered, or waiting until the practice is open etc)

Messaged in the am and got an appointment for the pm. Great

It would be a great app if only it would let me choose the clinic! I have pets at two different clinics and if I attempt to add a pet, the app immediately skips past the page where you choose the clinic and moves onto the species page. It thus adds all new pets to one clinic! In the past it worked fine. It makes it pretty useless now!
