The organization in this app is total garbage. It’s difficult to use and the ITTT schema is non-functional. It also needs an option to set and verify time zones… right now all the notifications are off by 18hrs, which doesn’t make much sense. In addition, it’s mostly a US consumer base - so you need to hire an English speaker to write your prompts and tech user guides. The FAQs are useless. Once you get the box hooked to Wi-Fi it works great - if all you want is something to clean automatically without any monitoring. But push notifications dont work as as designed. Omg I could keep listing everything wrong with this app… but it’s just terrible. And it does t appear like the app devs & support team check these reviews, so I don’t even know why I’m bothering to write one!

it would be a great app if it stayed connected! It keeps losing the device in the app. Ive had this for less than 2 weeks and Ive already needed to reconnect 3x. Ive given up. I didn’t reconnect it anymore. I hope they fix this. Offering perks that don’t work is false advertising!

Majority of people do not use a 24 hour clock, please implement a 12 hour clock 😭 Having issue where when I change the bag and close the drawer it will say “Improper installation of waste drawer even though it’s fine and I followed the directions and it still catches all the waste?

Seriously, fire your app developers. They are terrible and probably have every excuse in the book. You create a good product then get completely smeared on it working. Nice job.

Try as I might, I cannot get the app to stay connected to my box. I will connect it and it will stay connected for a few days and then drop the connection. The app/box has never been able to identify which cat was using the box though I did enter in their weights. I like the litter box and would recommend it but man, I hope they do some serious app maintenance.

I had to delete this app due to security concerns. It asks for so many permissions including your location and wifi network info etc that you cannot bypass. It should have an option to just connect via Bluetooth and that’s it imo. There’s no way to do that without giving them all your data so it’s a dealbreaker for me. Hopefully the box functions ok without using this app.

The automated litter box has been great the app could use some work. I do appreciate the device features that show the box usage and how long until I need to refill the deodorizing fragrance. That said I wish I could select the alerts given. For instance I would want to be alerted when the litter level is low and the waste bin is full. I don’t particularly care that my cat has been in the box for over 2 minutes which is every time he uses the box.

Recently I just got a cat so purchase the whole bundle from petsnowy. When I tried to set up my devices with the app, it was way easier than I expected, and they were easy to use.

A couple of things that still need worked on: Push notifications need to be more reliable The app will eventually log me out, and when I log back in it says I don’t have any devices, so I have to connect to my litter box and start over… That shouldn’t be happening.

My cats are tracking litter around worse than ever. They wont use it for a litter box, but instead choose to make home in there. Also I hate the 24hr time.
