Puts it all in your hands
Our station (93KHJ in Pago Pago, American Samoa) has been a Phantom Producer user for the last couple of years. We enjoy and appreciate the versatility of the service itself. Though, I can see the app being quite useful for producers who would like to whip out one or a dozen image pieces from the comfort of... Well... ANYWHERE BESIDES THEIR DESK! Beyond that, the app is really a great resource for those of us who are always pushing the limits of what we can do work-wise with our devices. Coupled with TwistedWave and a healthy mobile data connection, I can do more than just produce station imaging... I can now truly and easily IMAGE all the audio I send from the field: remotes, interviews, news items, weather alerts, etc. If only the Multitrack DAW app were just a little more intuitive, I wouldn't keep forgetting how to use it when I didn't touch it for a few months. Or if only Twisted Wave would introduce multitrack editing into its app. I'd really be set. Or if Phantom Producer would allow you to import field audio for mixing on the spot. Those are dreams for the future though. The Phantom Producer app is a "for real" blessing RIGHT NOW.
